Everest High Passes Trek  is Start after flying from Kathmandu To Lukla and on the same day continue trek ahead to Phakding which is 2610m elevation and It takes 3 hours to reach there. The first night of the trek is in the Tea House Of Phakding Village. After wards continue our trek to daily walking 5 to 6 hours to the Namche Bazaar, Tengboche Village, Dingboche Village and than start First Passes Kongma La Pass of this treks and Carry On Untill complete and back to lukla according to the itinerary.

If you are solo trekker without the knowledge of the place and situation and lack of full equipment  and also if you are not good enough physically fit than yes this trekking route can be dangerous. But if you are with the guide and you have full equipment according to the guide instruction and you are physically fit and have stamina for walking 7 to 8 hours daily than yes this trek is not dangerous for them.

Yes Everest High Passes Trek is Hard as the trekker have 3 big Passes of Kongma La, Gokyo Ri And Cho La Pass. This is the tuff part of this trek. So the trekker must have good physical fitness to walk 7 to 8 hours daily. yes but it can be hard and even not possible to make passes in winter season like in Jan-March because of snow Fail.
