This the very first day that you step in Nepal for the trip. You will be received by our representative in the airport. Our representative will be at the arrival holding placard with your and our company name (Magic Expedition. And then, you will be transferred to the hotel. It is around 30 mins drive from the airport to the hotel. There may some hassles like offering taxi or hotel or something like that. Do go with them. And sometimes, in international flight, your luggage may be missing. Be very careful. We hope it will not disturb your trip. After your arrival at the hotel, you will get refreshed and we will have a short orientation meeting regarding the trip. We will introduce a guide or trip leader. For this, be with 4 pieces of recent pp sized photographs, the copy of passport and copy of travel insurance-Overnight in Hotel-

After your breakfast, the leader or the guide will come to receive to the hotel where you stay and take you to the bus station. This drive takes you Pokhara from Kathmandu. The bus station is around 15 mins. Walk or you may get a taxi too, from Thamel, or from the hotel. The tourist bus leaves at 7 for Pokhara every morning. It takes around 7-8 hours to get Pokhara from Kathmandu. On the way, you will see the winding country road, river, woods and local people and their lifestyle. However, we must say, the condition of the road is not good. Sometimes, bumpy and dusty…. To escape it, you, optionally, can go with flight. It is a 35 minutes flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara which is optional and have pay extra-Overnight in Hotel-

Morning accompanied with the breakfast and takes a drive for about 1 and half hour through large village Lumle to Nayapul. The trekking journey starts here. The trail leads up passing through the beautiful rice, maize and millet farms. We will pass small beautiful waterfalls following the main trail of Birethanti. Past waterfalls with plunge pools that invite you to swim. Then we reach Sudami village where we can have lunch. After lunch climb gradually side of the valley to Hille and after half an hour working from Hille, you will reach Tikhedhunga. Enjoy the local people, culture, and greenery. Spend the overnight in guest house-Overnight in Lodge-

After the breakfast, trek to Ghorepani (2880m) for approx. 7 hr. Today the trail crosses Tikhedunga River on the suspension bridge, then drops and crosses the Bhurungdi Khola. Climbing steeply on a stone staircase, continue to the large Magar village Ulleri (2080m). We will have a little view of the mountain. We will pass through pastures and cultivated fields. We will encounter cool oak and Rhododendron forest through the journey. We have a little rest with lunch at Nangathanti. From here working for about one hour we will reach Ghorepani village. Arrive at the top of the Ghorepani pass to set your camp-Overnight in Lodge-

Following day make the early-morning departure to the Poon Hill (3210m) which is one of the best Himalaya viewpoints in Nepal. You will be amazed to have the spectacular panoramic views of the Himalayas of the region. It provides best majestic scenery and sunrise over the high mountains. Have the breathtaking views of Dhaulagiri I (8167m), Tukuche (6920m), Nilgiri (6940m), Annapurna South, Annapurna I (8091m), Mt. Fishtail (Machhapuchhare, 6997m), Lamjung Himal (6986m) and many more.

Now return to the camp at Ghorepani and have your breakfast. Trek to Tadapani starts for rest of the day for 6 hours. You will have amazing views of Dhaulagiri and Annapurna on the way. Descend steeply through dense moss-covered forest rich with bird life. Stay overnight at Tadapani-Overnight in Lodge-

After breakfast, your journey leads to Ghandruk which takes about 4 hours. The trail descends steeply through rhododendron forests where you also encounter monkeys and wide varieties of birds. Take a downhill path continuing to Ghandruk, the largest Gurung village. Make a visit to the Gurung ethnic museum to explore their culture and ancient tradition. Enjoy good Mountain View of Annapurna South and Fishtail-Overnight in Lodge-

Today pass through small hamlets, terraced rice fields and subtropical forests. We will have an easy and pleasant walk along the Modi Khola to Birethanti. We continue our walk to Nayapul and catch a private vehicle for one and half hour to Pokhara. Spend a beautiful night in Pokhara city having some leisurely walk along the streets-Overnight in Hotel-

You can visit the sacred Pashupatinath Temple and Swyambhunath, very ancient pilgrimage enlisted in UNESCO World Heritage sites. Also, visit the biggest Buddhist Stupa at Boudhanath. Kathmandu Durbar Square visit reflects you the fine arts and historical architecture of Nepalese culture. But after Pokhara also there is 2 way to commence the Ghorepani Poon Hill Trek. You can do this Clockwise and Anticlockwise as well. Yes, most of the trekker they start this trek after driving to Nayapul they hike to the Ulleri. Also, those trekkers who do not love to experience long uphill directly from the Ulleri to Ghorepani and want to experience short uphill they can choose either direct drive to Ghandruk or can walk to Ghandruk.

Type of Accommodation During Ghorepani Poon Hill Trek:

To go to trekking means you are visiting the remote area so please do not expect every trekking route you will get luxurious room same like in Kathmandu and Pokhara. During trekking, you will sleep at the Tea House. The Tea house means normal Local Lodges. where you will get normal Bed, Blanket, and Common Bathroom. Even for a hot shower also need to pay extra.

Food And Drinks:

During Trekking in Nepal. Most of the places you will get Local Foods like Nepali Thali ( Dal Bhat), MoMo, Chowmin, Thukpa, Fried Rice etc and some international food Like Spaghetti, Macaroni, Pizza, Pan Cake, Fried Eggs etc you will get according to the menu. In drinks you can get Local Tea, Coffee, and also even if you request for the water to drinks need to pay extra.
